Last week in the United States on the channel G4 was coverage for the first time ever on the Sandiego Comic-con. Mainly the Star wars portion but it was awesome. It covered the star wars panel which had several excecs from Lucasarts and Lucasfilms talking about upcoming starwars products. The best part was when Dave Filoni came on and talked about the direction the clone wars was going. Then what was also really cool was when the whole cast came out and did a short skit set right after the "Hostage Crisis" episode. After that was a big surprise, the full length trailer of the second season of the clone wars. Before you continue reading though watch the trailer on youtube in the link below.

When I first saw this I nearly jumped up! Geonosians! Flamethrower clones! Obi-Wan's girlfriend! Ki-Adi-Mundi! New spider asassin droid! If lego keeps doing things for the clone wars we will be possibly be getting some awesome sets! Dave Filoni said this next season of Clone Wars will be darker, have more action and more drama. He said he wants the series to be much larger like the Ryloth trilogy. And for you mandolorian fans out there! He said we will be going to Mandalore!

What do you think of it and how it could affect more intrest lego star wars?

A couple of things. First, this is the wrong forum for information on the TV series. It should go in the Culture and Multimedia forum. Second, there is already a topic on the 2nd Season, and it includes plenty of trailers and videos. I know you are new, but please look around a little bit before you post.
