I used to love Lego as a kid and have many set which are sitting in my wardrobe still made up from about 8 years ago. Its probably been 10 years since ive bought a set though and i want to get back into it, especially the Technic and Star Wars side of things. I saw some info on the Crane Truck and i want it. Now looking around on this site there are plenty more i want to get :) Quote

I have often seen large technic sets on sale at K-mart, although no sales there right now. I'd recommend the 10178 AT-AT if you're into technic and star wars, it's a motorised AT-AT that looks way better than the mindstorms version. I'm not really into technic (too much concentration for my small brain) but I love it. Quote

I'm not sure is you're aware, but there is a LEGO shop in Adelaide by the name of Toy Corner. Also, although not as active as Eurobricks, just as friendly a community for Aussies, ANZFOL.
