Professor Flitwick Posted December 14, 2010 Posted December 14, 2010 This set is awesome! The figs are great (Merperson and Victor Krum!) and this set also offers some useful pieces and colors. This set looks some what like the movie, which is great. But why does it come with the rowboat??? P.S. Great review Clone O'Patra. As flattered as I'm sure Clone O'Patra is, this thread is over a year old. Not that what you've done is really bad, do take caution; the Moderators don't take kindly to people bumping topics, if the people don't really have much to add. Quote
ElisHelrot Posted July 16, 2011 Posted July 16, 2011 And sad that there's no instruction for the alternate model :( Quote
Wout Posted July 31, 2011 Posted July 31, 2011 (edited) Thank you for the nice review. Here in the Netherlands the prize was a bit higher (around 25-30 euro= 35-42 U.S.Dollar). But still a nice set with much minifigs. Now, here's what you've been waiting one second for, the alternate model! Boy I wish LEGO still had alternate model inspirations. This one is so wacky, it shows some kind of cooking show with the merman as the instructor and the kids as contestants. That's what it looks like to me, anyway. Welcome to Junior Masterchef! Edit: Oh I now see this is a bump from a bump. @ Elis Helrot: Could't you try to make the alternative? It doesn't look like it's very difficult. Edited July 31, 2011 by Wout Quote
Bilbo Baggins Posted June 8, 2012 Posted June 8, 2012 I remember building this set. It was awesome Quote
