Emperor Claudius Rome Posted July 12, 2009 Posted July 12, 2009 The Dark Side of The Oz is an urban legend made popular in the late 90's. The legend goes as that if you play the Pink Floyd album "Dark side of the Moon" while you also play the movie "The Wizard of Oz" at about the same time, it syncs up in a certain way. Like events happening in the movie match events being descibed in the song. I plan on trying it some time in as I really have a Lot of free time. If you want to learn more about this phenomenon, post here. Or if you already tryed it, post the resultes here. Quote
Alice Posted July 12, 2009 Posted July 12, 2009 Some of my friends did it in college. I did not participate. My friends were under the influence at the time. They thoroughly enjoyed it and thought it was just amazing. I was never interested enough to try it. You only need a couple of hours, Wizard of Oz DVD and Dark Side of the Moon album. It's not that complicated or time consuming to try. Wikipedia calls it Dark Side of the Rainbow, but I've always heard it as Dark Side of Oz. It's not really an urban legend and supposedly it really does synch nicely. Quote
