The main trailer for the Deathly Hallows: part 1 has been released. And it's epic! It will be so awesome, let's hope the film is as good as this trailer and everything will be alright. Some very nice scenes, including the house of the Lovegood family (I imagined it like a tall tower, I built one like that, but I'll probably adjust it a bit to look like the one in the film), Voldemort stealing the wand, the wedding and of course the seven Potters.

I loved the trailer for the Half-Blood Prince, but I was a bit disappointed in the film itself (mostly because they left out so much stuff). But from seeing the trailer they already did a lot of things right. :thumbup:

It looks like it will be really well-made and really true to the book. With two films to fit it all into, they shouldn't have any excuse to cut bits out like they did in the HBP.

I can't wait for this film! :sweet:

Wow indeed! :cry_happy: This looks like it could be one of the best movies ever! Of course I'm gonna try not to get my hopes up too high, but this looks VERY promising! Can't wait!

Hehehe, Hermione-Harry looks so weird! :grin:

EDIT: Or is it Fleur? Seems more like her kind of wardrobe. But then who's Hermione?

I really like the teaser poster for Deathly Hallows, especially to people who haven't read the books.

My main worry about the film is how they'll deal with the

NOT MY DAUGHTER. YOU BITCH!

line. Its an awesome part of the book and people would riot if it wasn't in the film, but I can't imagine it being delivered in a way that's not embarrassing. Thoughts?

What do you mean? I read that second article and J.K. Rowling says she does not plan to write any more books, even though she knows she could. Where are you reading that there are two more planned?

On page 11, there is a short discussion about writing another book. She said she could, but she doesn't think she will.

I remember seeing that episode (Yes I'm a dude that occasionally watches Oprah. Shut up already :tongue: ) and it sounded like she wasgoing to write another book.

Hmm, I saw that episode too, but I didn't remember her hinting at or mentioning another book. I'm pretty sure she has said before that she knew this would be a 7 book series. She did she wasn't going to stop writing, that doesn't mean that Harry Potter is going to continue.

I was watching the first movie the other night. I noticed they refer to the Forbidden Forest as the Dark Forest. That just irked me a bit.

Hi everybody, tonight I am going to start reading the Philosopher's Stone book, the recent re-introduction of the new Harry Potter Lego theme has inspired me to read the first book in the Harry Potter series. Hopefully, I will like it enought to read the whole Harry Potter series and maybe start collecting the Harry Potter Lego sets (I only own 2 Harry Potter sets currently, they are 4695 and 4755, I only got them because of the Dark Purple in them) ! :thumbup:

So, is anyone else going to the Midnight Premiere tonight for Harry Potter and the Deathly Hallows Part One? I'm as excited as a fanboy going to a midnight premiere... (Oh wait...:look:)
