Commodore Hornbricker Posted July 7, 2009 Posted July 7, 2009 Very funny. That's about my skill level in the kitchen as well. Quote
Bartram Posted July 7, 2009 Posted July 7, 2009 Haha very cute. Love how you've used all those pieces as items in a kitchen, especially the cheese grater. Good work. Quote
Tom Bricks Posted July 7, 2009 Posted July 7, 2009 I've had to many moments like this, now I use the microwave. Was this vig. inspired by any particular event? Quote

posades Posted July 7, 2009 Posted July 7, 2009 Nice little scene, but if you don't mind me asking what is the trans blue crystal representing? Quote
Beej Posted July 8, 2009 Posted July 8, 2009 Looks great! There's everything there but the kitchen sink! Nice little scene, but if you don't mind me asking what is the trans blue crystal representing? I think he's trying to cook ice blocks. Quote
Modulex Guy Posted July 8, 2009 Posted July 8, 2009 Aww... He burnt the muffins. But anyways, Great MOC! I love the water in the pot boiling over, spilled coffee, cheese grater, and all the other little details! Quote

streifen Posted July 8, 2009 Posted July 8, 2009 Great muffin trays on tray you have there!! same for the white and black salt and pepper shakers. Quote
posades Posted July 8, 2009 Posted July 8, 2009 It's supposed to be water exploding/boiling over. Sorry but I didn't have enough room/don't know how to add a sink. Although if I could figure out how to make a sink that does give me some ideas for another potential vig . Ahh I see it now, though I'd lean more towards exploding over than boiling over. And TLG made a faucet piece (I have it from the Pizzeria set I got long ago) that could possibly work: Quote
Stauder Posted July 8, 2009 Posted July 8, 2009 Amazing Vig! I hope those are muffins! It's full of great little details like the cheese grater and the knife holder. Great work! Ingenious use of various peices. Stauder. Quote

brickzone Posted July 8, 2009 Posted July 8, 2009 (edited) Very nice little scene - it got quite a laugh here! Perfect minifig expression for that scene of course - it's often quite funny! I love the fire belching out of the oven though, and the pot boiling violently! The oven mitt is a nice touch, as is the cheese grater slope as a, well, cheese grater.
