Captain Blackmoor Posted June 23, 2009 Posted June 23, 2009 I suddenly got an awesome funny idea. After posting this I should be aware of Redcoat assassins. This is never meant to hurt anyone, just for fun. Charles Darwin was travelling to an island somewhere in the north sea. Once he arrived he started studying and observating the life on the island. The poor Darwin didn't realize he sailed to Britain, where the Redcoats live. So he came with the following, odd but logic, theory: During his observation he caught a rat, which grew into a cannonball (?) then into a head, a baby with a cute Redcoat shirt, he became adult and went in the army, he climbed up to the rank of General. After that he was retired, he wanted to grow great in fame and became a pirate. Unfortunately his laddies left him behind on an island full of monkeys, he became one with the nature. Seperated from the mainland the life on the small island was genetically different from the mainland. Odd parrots which will become large spiders someday... What a life. Quote
Ratshot Posted June 23, 2009 Posted June 23, 2009 BRAVO CAP'N, BRAVO That is the best thing I have seen all day Quote

Admiral M Posted June 23, 2009 Posted June 23, 2009 oh well...it could be worse... at least it's not the BLUECOAT evolution.. Quote
Joey Lock Posted June 23, 2009 Posted June 23, 2009 BRAVO CAP'N, BRAVO That is the best thing I have seen all day You dont have to SHOUT to be heard. Quote
Admiral M Posted June 23, 2009 Posted June 23, 2009 (edited) Blackmoor, as we like to say in the US, YOU JUS GOT DIS'D!!!!! no harsh feelings. Your timeline is very creative, you just forgot to mention that darwin was color blind and saw blue as red. other than that, it is very accurate. Edited June 23, 2009 by Admiral M Quote
Captain Blackmoor Posted June 23, 2009 Author Posted June 23, 2009 I am glad you guys all liked it. I had a good laugh making it. And yes, honorable Darwin was from Britain. Also a wrong joke. The Redcoats should be happy I'm just making a funny picture of 'em while I have the opportunity to kill them all. :pir-skull: Quote
Ratshot Posted June 23, 2009 Posted June 23, 2009 You dont have to SHOUT to be heard. When it comes to Red Coats, I want everyone to hear my opinion. I don't want them to just read it then move on. I want them to remember it to. That is why I put it in such large print Blue Coats Rule Quote
Lego_Warlord_8 Posted June 24, 2009 Posted June 24, 2009 BRAVO CAP'N, BRAVO That is the best thing I have seen all day yes, great idea! Quote
Captain Blackmoor Posted June 24, 2009 Author Posted June 24, 2009 Please re-size please THE PICTURE IS SO BIG!! I tried to resize them even more, but it is not a 800x600 picture. It's height is 600 but the width is more indeed. If I shrink the image more it will be less visible. Quote
Captain Green Hair Posted June 24, 2009 Posted June 24, 2009 Ah yes, the good Darwin always made some amazing discoveries. This is good news, we must inform our troops that they are merely fighting monkeys. Quote
Joey Lock Posted June 24, 2009 Posted June 24, 2009 Ah yes, the good Darwin always made some amazing discoveries. This is good news, we must inform our troops that they are merely fighting monkeys. Monkeys that are able to take over America, India, Canada, Bermuda, West Indies and Australia and also managed to have the largest navy in the world. Bluecoats firstly cannot resize quickly, let alone reload quick. Also they cannot spell properly " The Spectacular Redcoat Evolution!, From animal to worser..." And they say we are the monkeys... Captain Blackmoor Posted June 24, 2009 Author Posted June 24, 2009 Please don't forget I'm just a humble Dutchman. I'd like to see you speaking Dutch as good as I do. Oh and I've never said you were monkeys, in a few years you become one. You guys are in the middle of the new evolution. Quote
Captain Green Hair Posted June 24, 2009 Posted June 24, 2009 ................................and also managed to have the largest navy in the world. That was then, the current Bluecoat fleet will send your ships to the bottom. Quote
Commodore Hornbricker Posted June 24, 2009 Posted June 24, 2009 Ah yes, the good Darwin always made some amazing discoveries. This is good news, we must inform our troops that they are merely fighting monkeys. I've got just three things to say: 1) AWSOME MOC with a funny story to go with it - Great job. I love it when a funny Lego idea hits me. Glad you followed it through. 2) Lets give the Bluecoats a break...They can't beat us on the sea or in the field so they have resorted to a propaganda war...We should respond in kind. 3) and this is for Green Hair... You couldn't even handle us as monkies ~ Quote

Het kan zijn een vertaling Captain Green Hair: Do I have to bring up the list. Again? Admiral M: Im pretty sure this topic was created to insult the Redcoats, So we have the write to fight back. Commodore Hornbricker Posted June 24, 2009 Posted June 24, 2009 We're so off-topic... I think the discussion is keeping to the spirit of this topic but I do think while I get a big kick out of insulting eachother as redcoats and bluecoats we need to make sure we don't get into the personal. If you've read my posts enough you've realized I can't spell or type very well and I am a native english speaker with two university degrees. I just can't spell and I refuse to learn dern it! Quote
