over the years I have been unabel to collect Lego cannen up untill the resent relees of the new Lego Pirates line, so I have been stuck collecting serriget cannen. the problem wih this is that guns that meet at leest my standerds are few and fare between. I have been wondering if eney one eals has had theyes difficalteyes and if you have had to stoop to going to non Lego arms, or at the leest thought about it wene seeing somthing that fits the bill.

Belowe are the onley ones that I've been abel to scrong up over the years.

Ferst The Pensal sharpener. You could put an Eye out with that.

I'd love one of those pencil sharpeners on my desk, but not with my lego, no thanks.

The one from the aquarium looks a bit silly and would tip over if it were real i think, the barrel is just too heavy for the carriage.

Hope you are able to get some of the new Lego cannons, as they go much better with the figs i think.

I agree with the good captain, I think they are awesome accessoires for the desk but not with LEGO. They just don't fit with it.

I think it's a better idea to make your own brickbuilt cannons if you don't want the official LEGO cannons. :pir-blush:

And could you please resize your pictures to a maximum of 800 x 600 pixels, otherwise people with slower connections can't load the pages. A tutorial on how to do so is in the tutorial index, link is in my signature.

Thanks!

I don't think it's easier to get 20 of these instead of 20 lego cannons, it shouldn't be so hard to get them, just take a look at bricklink.com (but these look also great, especially the one with the weapon of Amsterdam :pir-classic:

You found some interesting alternatives. Now that the official ones are so easily available, I'm sure you're stocking up, but I'd also suggest visiting the Cannon MOC Index to see pictures of lots of brick built cannons that you could use to add some variety to your armies.

I did this as a kid with some toy cannons, but with Cannon Battle being so affordable, there really isnt a reason anymore, is there? Also, the brick built cannons are getting better by the day, and many of those builders encourage people to use their designs! I have plenty of cannon, but have considered using some of the brick designs.
