From Fort Tusken on Wookiepedia "The fort was abandoned in 95 BBY, after three years of attacks by the Sand people. Anakin ripped a whole clan of them to shreds without breaking a sweat. Besides, all they can really do to intimidate someone is wave a stick around and speak incoherently. Quote
