Natman8000 Posted April 30, 2009 Posted April 30, 2009 Call me unethical but do does anybody use their lego for anything other than building or that nature? I'll admit that I sometimes drink out of the pick a brick cups since they are pretty tall. So come and tell! Quote
ProducePrincess Posted April 30, 2009 Posted April 30, 2009 I use lego teccnic tubes to make annoying high pitched sounds , but thats about it. Quote
Darth Legolas Posted April 30, 2009 Posted April 30, 2009 I use lego teccnic tubes to make annoying high pitched sounds , but thats about it. They make great whistles! Anyways, I made a great back scratcher out of some Bionicle weapons. Aahh...that was great. I won't go into my whole nose picker idea involving a minifig spear... and I also use my quick MOCs as stress relievers... "Stupid computer!" (SMASH SMASH) "MUAAHHHA! Take that Lego city!" And the next day, I make something great! You should all feel sorry for my Striking Venom from Exo-Force, Quote
prateek Posted May 1, 2009 Posted May 1, 2009 we (my cousins and i) have lego fights. they hurt Quote
Natman8000 Posted May 1, 2009 Author Posted May 1, 2009 Yeah, as a source of income on BrickLink. Does that count? C'mon! I suppose that isnt such a bad one. Lego fights are much worse. What a terrible thing to disgrace the best form of plastic in the world. Or ABS or whatever it is. Quote
xenologer Posted May 1, 2009 Posted May 1, 2009 Once I needed one of these for a project I was working on. But didn't have one, so I made one out of technic bricks and rubber bands. Took it apart when I was done.. A friend of mine used a stack of bricks to prop up a laptop, and used a stack of bricks with zip ties (to reinforce) as a bicycle saddlebag holder. Quote
Ricecracker Posted May 1, 2009 Posted May 1, 2009 I've used 3 three shock absorbers attached with one of these as a stress reliever at school. Quote
Clone OPatra Posted May 1, 2009 Posted May 1, 2009 My LEGO is my unintentional pain-inducer. They sure do hurt when you step on them without anything on your feet! That's the only thing I could think of, except I did use a few bricks in a molecular demonstration once. Quote
Peppermint_M Posted May 1, 2009 Posted May 1, 2009 Printing block pictures with poster paint. The good old texturing clay/salt dough/plasteceine trick. Making a rattle. Nothing too drastic. Quote
Zorbas Posted May 2, 2009 Posted May 2, 2009 One thing I had created in the past when I was a kid, was bookshelf holders (if this is the right term for these...). My book collection back then wasn't too big and certainly wasn't too heavy. Quote
