Hound Knight Posted April 19, 2009 Posted April 19, 2009 The Celtic unique unit in Age of Empires II: The Age of Kings. Quote
meschepers Posted April 19, 2009 Posted April 19, 2009 This looks good except for one small detail: He has no woad on his face. Woad is the blue stuff that the Scots had on their face in Braveheart, it can also be seen on the AoE2 game. If you could make a decal for the face the same way you made one for the body this would look about perfect. Quote
Captain Green Hair Posted April 19, 2009 Posted April 19, 2009 nice work, looks much like the one from the game. May i ask where you got the axe from? Quote

OK, I'll have to go look at the game, I didn't really notice that before. nice work, looks much like the one from the game. May i ask where you got the axe from? Thanks, that's a Little Armory battle axe. Quote
KinGanon Posted April 20, 2009 Posted April 20, 2009 Wow thats pretty cool, I'm a huge fan of AOE II. Now when will someone make a Persian War Elephant? Quote
Peppermint_M Posted April 20, 2009 Posted April 20, 2009 So in game the Celts don't storm into battle nude apart from their full body woad tattoos and weapon? Odd that (Former History geek now all round nerd) Good custom, did you use an altered scan of the german mechanics torso? Quote

O yeah I guess Age Of Empires is the only series off games I ever played, ever! [OFFTOPIC]Except for Need For Speed Underground (wich actually sucks) since I have this love for cars aswell, that's also why I think those NFSU games suck.[/OFFTOPIC] Where's that hairpiece from if I may ask? Raven Brickroft Posted April 21, 2009 Posted April 21, 2009 Wololo.... Yeah... I pretty much hated the Celts for the fact that they can ransack a village then leave before my army arrives. Quote

Legoking Posted April 22, 2009 Posted April 22, 2009 Being a great fan of AOE, the custom minifig you created is very good. I really does resemble a Woad Raider. Good Job! LegoKing Quote
