Aramor Posted April 18, 2009 Posted April 18, 2009 So, I watched the Good, the Bad and the Ugly some days ago, and decided to do something with the Western Lego I have. I don't really have a lot, but I think I got something nice in the end. It's a convoy, guarded by the Cavalry and some volunteers. The main supply cart, with some spare wheels: The other wagon, with some added horses: A Gattling gun pulled by a horse: And they definitely need the escort, because even the law ain't safe in these here parts: More pictures here once it's public. Skipper 24 Posted April 18, 2009 Posted April 18, 2009 I like how you have strung this convoy together. With not to many escorts and lots of little details on the carriages it makes the whole scene look excellent. The dead sheriff is a nice touch too . Quote
Zorro Posted April 18, 2009 Posted April 18, 2009 Very nice convoy. I really like the gatling gun and the skeleton with the sherifs hat on his head lying in the sand makes it complete! Quote
General Armendariz Posted April 18, 2009 Posted April 18, 2009 This really makes me wish I had Western sets but my LEGO is dedicated to Pirates. Nice jib with the whole set up Quote
Klaus-Dieter Posted April 19, 2009 Posted April 19, 2009 That's an awesome convoy you put together there, Aramor! I really it! I really like the soldier's big coach in whichs front you put four horses - great idea! Very nice soldier minifigs and many horses! The only two things I don't like are the two minifigs which don't beling to the Western theme: the adventurer and the pirate - but that's surely because you didn't have enough other minifigs. Otherwise it's perfect. The most I like your main supply cart which you designed perfectly and very realistic! Very well done! Btw: Very late but nevertheless: Welcome to EB, Aramor! And great to see another new Western fan on the boards! Klaus-Dieter Quote
Aramor Posted April 19, 2009 Author Posted April 19, 2009 Thanks everybody :) And yeah, I know there are two minifigs that don't really belong there, but they're there because I ran out of Western minifigs. Also, I've been using the pirate as a "Mexican" dude in my Western stuff since I can remember. Quote
Dwarfinator Posted April 19, 2009 Posted April 19, 2009 Hm... not bad, but not much to say about it. I like the wagon. Quote
