This is starting to look good Joey, the ster looks amazing!

I think you should make it a little longer though to get the overall look right.

And the headrails should be a bit higher, the top headrail always starts on the top of the bow. See here:

Good luck!

Only problem with that is, I want to make it like that, With the flat front, But Im not sure whether my bow is too big.

Cause I want to put a Marines walk (Gangboard) up there too. The stern and Middle is fine for me, Now I need to work on the Bow.

not looking bad at all mate - the cabin windows look very much like what i had in mind for mine :pir_laugh2:

as captain green hair has said - a little more length in the hull would bring the side profile more into proportion

it looks like you have a 3 stud gap between gun ports - i went for 4

another thing is the location of the main hole to the deck below (apologies i dont know the right term for this)

I have been using the victory as my reference - i dont know which ship you are using for yours (so you may be right with respect to your reference), but on the victory the main "hole" is between the fore and main mast not the main and mizzen

kep it up fella - she looks great

Yours does to!

I havent actually been basing my ship on one specific ship, Stern from the Vicotry, Bits and bobs from other British Ships, Frigates, The lot.

I made a quick update since Greenhair suggested, However the Headrails placed that way are really hard to get right!

I copyed the Picture he posted to make my front Bow diffrent, What do you think?:

Lookin' good Joey! I think the stern turns out pretty good! The broadsides too, you've added even the smallest detail.

The work on the bow is so far so good shall we say. I see you've started making arches in the bow and adding a blue wall behind it, it will break the plain yellow-black coloursheme nicely.

It would be a nice touch too if you put anchorholes in the bow as well, it is visible in CGH's picture what I mean. The anchorholes are under the headrails.

Don't forget to add a bowsprit! It might be handier to place the gangboard after you've done the bowsprit.

Keep it up!

This just kicked my ship out of the sea :pir_bawling:

It looks great, and compared with mine, yours is Versilles, mine is a mud-brick dwelling in early mesopotamia

At least we're on the same side...

Good job
