I like it. I have a couple of questions. Is that bley or old gray? I can't tell and I figure with the Dragon Masters being the theme it is possible that it's old gray. Also, are those old brown barrels in the basement? They look different from the surrounding brown (not saying that's a bad thing) and unless I miss my guess there is dust on them (also not a bad thing, in this case I think it adds to the look).

Thanks. All light grey except the 'figs legs is old grey, and all the dark grey except for the weapons is dark bley.

Yup, all but one is old brown.

This is really great! The Dragon Masters were my favorite when I was a kid, and you've built such a great update while retaining the feel of the classic sets. I love it, especially all the detailed interiors.

An interesting and pretty original building indeed and overall a very charming work

with a fine landscaping as well, I especially like these small details like

the mushrooms and the tulips!

I'm not quite sure what it is, but it doesn't work for me. I think it may be the balcony. I'm not real fond of how it sticks out so much from the main structure. Looks too top heavy, like its going to tip over. The structure is too realistic (not whimsical enough) to pull off, what looks to be physically questionable. Its also a bit too square, everywhere...

I do like the landscaping (nice trees) and the front stairs. Also how you've done the windows is quite nice. The fence too.

I'm also jealous of your pony.

Yeah, the balcony originally stuck out one less stud, but I found it didn't look like there was enough room for the dragon to land, so I widened it, and I was too lazy to re-do the tower base to reflect that. Thanks for the criticism, and I will note it for future builds.

I kinda like the squareness of it, though.:tongue:

Awesome creation Sir Dano, it just reeks of good old classic Castle building, and I especially love nostalgic use of colours and techniques.

Do you plan on more similar creations?

That is beautiful. Dragon Knights rule! (of course, they've got dragons!!)

I really like this design because:

a) it's Dragon Knights!!!

b) the style fits perfectly.

c) the greenery/scenery provides a wonderful backdrop

d) there is no Dragon Knight set that is quite like this.

e) it manages to be a tiered tower, and yet very distinct from ever being considered a wizard's tower.

f) the dragons can land "upstairs"!

I could think of other reasons, but that's enough. I hope we will see more like this!

This is a nice little scene you've set up. I especially like the way you did the jail at the top of the tower.

The balcony seems way too large and abrupt compared to the rest of the tower, and as a result of that distracts from the rest of creation, which is very well built. I particularly like the landscaping and the steps.
