Captain Blackmoor Posted March 30, 2009 Posted March 30, 2009 70b When I was browsing MOCpages today I came across this wonderful MOC: Recruitment in a Spanish port by Ciamoslaw Ciamek. We need to invite this LEGO builder to CP! XVII century, Spanish Caribbean port. A great discoverer and adventurer, Herman Coldres, shows his vision of another conquers in the New World. But not all of the sailors want to be the part of the recruitment program. Some of them need to be strongly encouraged. Even just to listen to Mr Coldres I think this is pretty nicely done! I especially like all the different kinds of action going on. The buildings are nicely executed, as well for the docks. The rest of the pictures is here. Enjoy it! Quote
Guss Posted March 30, 2009 Posted March 30, 2009 excellent! I think the ship is really cool and fit very well in the diorama, I also love the fact that he didn't do the water with the usual "snot technique" we all use, that's great! great find! Quote
74louloute Posted March 30, 2009 Posted March 30, 2009 Woo very nice creation. I agree with you to invite him on Classic-Pirate. I really like this MOC packed with a lot of details. Of all the details I can spot, I like so much the little blue plume in the fish's mouth to simulate water... Quote
El Bucanero Posted April 10, 2009 Posted April 10, 2009 Nice find Cap'n Blackmoor! He even manages to make studded water look good and rather realistic. wow Quote

oo7 Posted April 11, 2009 Posted April 11, 2009 Nice, thanks for sharing this. This builder's works are always beautifully and meticulously detailed; this is no exception. However, I doubt your invitation will do much good considering the man registered here while a while ago under the name of Piglet. Quote
Captain Blackmoor Posted April 11, 2009 Author Posted April 11, 2009 Oo, I didn't know that. Glad he is here! We can always use good builders at EB! Quote
