Derfel Cadarn Posted March 26, 2009 Author Posted March 26, 2009 Also, sorry for the quality of the picture. Quote
Captain Zuloo Posted March 26, 2009 Posted March 26, 2009 Most of the time we don't upload our images because of the file size being to big for our allocated bandwidth. So what we do instead is uplad our images to a server or image hosting site like Flickr or Brickshelf, and deeplink images from there. No idea what I mean? Here is a tutorial on how to do just that. This certainly looks like a great MOC. Very highly detailed. I can tell already that you will be looked upon really 'Up there' amongst forum users! So welcome to Eurobricks, and let us know when your MOC's done so we can put it on the Classic-Pirates.com frontpage. Quote
Derfel Cadarn Posted March 26, 2009 Author Posted March 26, 2009 Thankyou very much for your help, ive been wondering how to deeplink a pic, i'll remember that. Thanks for the comments, i will hopefully post the full moc this weekend. Quote
Ratshot Posted March 26, 2009 Posted March 26, 2009 Wow that must have taken a lot of pieces to build that. I am very impressed. Quote

Errorist Posted March 27, 2009 Posted March 27, 2009 This looks like a very promising MOC. I can already see some really nice techniques. Can't wait to see this one finished. Great work already, keep it up Greetings, Errorist Quote
Derfel Cadarn Posted March 27, 2009 Author Posted March 27, 2009 Thanks, ive actually built it so i can add on another section either side, but i wont be building them for a while. Quote
Captain Blackmoor Posted March 27, 2009 Posted March 27, 2009 This seems to look like a very nice project! Lots of details already, the buildings are awesome and colour shemes well chosen. The docks are cool too. Maybe a good idea to place some round 1x1 plates on the road to make it 'cobbled'? Keep up this wonderful project! Quote
Derfel Cadarn Posted March 28, 2009 Author Posted March 28, 2009 Thank you for all the great comments Quote
74louloute Posted March 28, 2009 Posted March 28, 2009 You know, it should be forbidden to tease us with such pictures ! I want to see the rest of this MOC!!!! Quote
Captain Zuloo Posted March 29, 2009 Posted March 29, 2009 You know, it should be forbidden to tease us with such pictures ! Indeed, ban him! Any expected date of completion yet Derfel Cardarn? Quote
Derfel Cadarn Posted March 29, 2009 Author Posted March 29, 2009 Part 1 is virtually complete now and ready for photographing. I say part 1 because ive designed it so i can attatch another section on either side, which will allow me to have a couple of ships docked. It will be a while till i build and add the other sections, so i will use some BURPS one either side of the port to make it look a little more complete. I hope to post them next week, but i mite wait till the captain's cabin contest is over first. Thanks for the interest, ive had a lot of fun building this moc Quote
