This is quite original and fits your green theme perfectly. It actually looks more like a radio transmitter of some sort.

I can't tell how the second pair of lights works though (the ones in the middle). Or is that just part of the photo?

I find the crystals work great as light-up bricks. They fit perfectly on top of the 9V lights, as seen here.

Those lights are just pointed at the trans-neon-green from behind. Since I was just doing this lighting for the scene it was sort of cobbled together using SNOT bricks on the backside of the rocket. I'd like to actually build a model with lighting built-in at some point, but I'm not quite there yet.

That's a very cool use of the crystal brick.

AHH! the Insectoid noisey-light up engine piece. I love that piece. Good usage of it, too. I like the little bulbous parts as well, and your lighting is superb. Your use of the transparent green grille peices on top of the engine piece really gives it that extra depth that I wish i could achieve with mine - alas, I only have one or two of said piece, and using black or grey wouldn't even achieve half of that awesome effect. Well done, I know it can be a difficult piece to work with.
