legoindy01 Posted March 22, 2009 Author Posted March 22, 2009 Guys, we already have an older wishlist topic here. Perhaps a mod can merge them...? Thanks a lot! I realize this but no one was posting anymore on that one. A merge is needed Quote
legoindy01 Posted April 2, 2009 Author Posted April 2, 2009 (edited) Perhaps a zeppelin wouldn't be agood idea? just think about it. If they made a lego indiana jones zepplin it would have to be priced pretty high about 90 - 100 bucks. Well all high priced sets especially indiana jones have loads of action features (example: temple escape, temple of the crystal skull and the upcoming Temple of Doom/ all come with lots of features) well now what features can they make with the zepplin, maybe a mechanism to attach the biplane from fighter plane attack? other than that what else can they do. Well lego will think of something, something that wasn't in the movie and really wouldn't make sense. They did this with the crystal skull sets like when was there a tree hideout or breaking table in the movie? well I want a zepplin just as much, if not more than the next guy but if lego screws it up with playfeatures just to sell more sets I aint buyin' it. I want just a zeppelin and that's it. It is what it is no stupid features. I sure any Indy fan would still buy just a plain zeppelin. What do you think? have I lost my mind, or does it sound logical Edited April 2, 2009 by legoindy01 Quote
The Penguin Posted April 2, 2009 Posted April 2, 2009 Just a small note: I assure you, that if TLG produces a zeppelin, it will definitely be popular not only among Indy fans, but also with Batman, City, Castle ones. So, I really hope that they'll make it! ) P.S. I loved the old one! Quote
The Who Posted April 2, 2009 Posted April 2, 2009 @legoindy01---I would just take out play features and MOD it back to normal, if they included any. Just a small note: I assure you, that if TLG produces a zeppelin, it will definitely be popular not only among Indy fans, but also with Batman, City, Castle ones.P.S. I loved the old one! And WWII fans, like me. I liked the old adventures one too, but I would prefer a brick-built frame and plated hull. Quote

I don't think they realize that they don't have to add play features to everything. And if the do make it, it is esential that is is brick built and can open up with hinge pieces to add minfigs inside and recreate the "no ticket!" scene. Quote
Batbrick Posted April 4, 2009 Posted April 4, 2009 Wait Wait Wait Wait Wait - You mean there are sets to be made OTHER than the tank scene? Batbrick Away! Quote

JCC1004 Posted April 7, 2009 Posted April 7, 2009 (edited) I'm dying for A Grail Temple! Edited April 7, 2009 by JCC1004 Quote
Darth Legolas Posted April 7, 2009 Posted April 7, 2009 I'm dying for A Grail Temple! Yes, yes, yes! Starting with the outside, with tan/red maybe Columns for the front, and a minifig of the desintegrating German guy! (I don't know much about Indy Jones.) I can see the Grail Room now. In fact, anyone can make it! Just take your entire collection of Glasses, and put them into a room made of tan pieces. By the way, it was pretty obvious the really grail would be the old musty one. You've gotta be pretty dumb to go for the shiny, made yesterday one. And I'd love a minifig of that old guy who never dies. The Exo-Force and Jungle Cutter giant saw blade piece would go perfectly, and I'd love to see how TLG would come up with the camouflaged rock bridge! (That was genius!) Quote

(That was genius!) Obviously. Anyway, I am pretty sure that German guy you are talking about is in Raiders O.T.L.A., the Grail Temple is in The Last Crusade. I know what you mean with the saw blades, but what are you talking about with the camo-rock? Do you mean the 'leap of faith' rock? If so, TLC could 'marble' the colors of trans-clear and reddish brown with long plates. Quote
