Ancient Guardians

So a month ago I posted this MOC, which was just sort of a one-off thing that I didn't plan on doing anything with. And then MacK had to go and suggest I make more creation in the "Tan Fantasy" theme. So this weekend I ended up building four more creations and thinking up a basic backstory for the theme. While it's clearly a knock-off of Nannan's excellent Balck Fantasy theme in name and color scheme principals, the designs are a little less horrific and organic. Instead of being vicious Lovecraftian monsters from another dimension I imagine the Tan Fantasy creations as ancient statues, the sentinels of a long abandoned planet, protecting its secrets until their masters return. Without further ado:

The Steadfast Wobbler

When movement means oblivion there is virtue in stillness.

Blind Omniscience

We can see darkness as it approaches, but once it is upon us what good are our eyes? And if it sneaks up from behind us, all we will see is all hope and light fading to a pinprick.

The Hollow Man

How do you contain an absence? Is it possible to bound emptiness, or will it consume everything?

Cylindrical Angularity

The world is a mass of contradictions. How can a series of lines create a circle?
