smade Posted March 3, 2009 Posted March 3, 2009 So, I have spent several hours looking through the forums - this is a great place! However, as there are so many interesting posts I have (1) spent far more time than I should looking at good stuff and (2) not been able to find what I want. So, could someone help? I want to: (1) be able to make custom bricks, to include text/logos on the bricks, and also have the bricks non-standard shapes - I am trying to see if I can create a puzzle where only certain bricks can be added due to their shape. (2) be able to 'lock' some models (as if they were glued together), and make them available in the Factory in LDD (3) on a similar note, can I 'glue' some of these models to a baseplace so that I have a 'profiled' plate with which to start? Many thanks for your help. John Quote
xenologer Posted March 4, 2009 Posted March 4, 2009 1. No, LDD does not have this capability. 2. Under the File menu is an Import option. This allows you to add models onto each other. But there is no glue. 3. You can create your baseplate and brick layout, save it, then use the Import option to re-use it when starting new projects. But again, no glue. Quote
prateek Posted March 4, 2009 Posted March 4, 2009 you cant make new bricks but when you order it, you can glue it yourself Quote
