L-space Posted March 2, 2009 Author Posted March 2, 2009 I've already made a start on my Discworld - The Last Hero minifigs. Here's my list of figs to make: Cohen the Barbarian (and possibly his gang of aging heroes) The Librarian (Ook! ) Rincewind The minstrel (definatley my favourite character of this fable, but the hardest to make due to his elabourate costume, so I think i may have to chop up some capes and MMCB stuff) Leonard of Quirm Evil Harry Dread Captain Carrot And as for MOCs, I'll make The Kite and maybe a secret MOC, too... Just thought you'd like to know. -A.S. Great. I have my Captain Carrot in a bricklink order so I cannot show it. But I'm looking forward to seeing yours. Didn't think of Leonard untill you mentioned him. But of course he is an inspring character. And he should be in. And Cohen should be nice to see. Peppermint wanted to do something from The Last Hero, so lets compare your Cohens when your both ready. Quote
Nich Artri Posted March 6, 2009 Posted March 6, 2009 Ever since the Medieval Market Village was announced, I thought, "Ankh-Morpork!" Perhaps a bunch of these houses could be built in a modular style, complete with cobblestone streets. ;P Cheers! -Nich (who is now going to go off and pretend his castle minifigs are the Night Watch) Quote
yellost Posted March 6, 2009 Posted March 6, 2009 Well, I did have a try at making a fig of the master of them all here But I'm curious to see what the others would look like. I did a Death fig once (along with Binky), but I thought it lacked a certain cartoon feel to it, so I wouldn't say it really fits in the discworld. Quote

Wouldn't he need a skeleton body? He also should be a bit taller than your average minifig, if that's possible. Quote

I saw your topic and that's what got me started on the Discworld. Your Death looks almost the same as mine. I only have a different scythe and Binky doesn't have a saddle, simply because I dont have the correct colour. Amazing how great minds think alike Wouldn't he need a skeleton body? He also should be a bit taller than your average minifig, if that's possible. Correct, Death is made of bones aka a skeleton. However he also wears a robe so you can only see his head, feet and hands. That is why I decided to go for a black torso, with a robe pattern. He should be taller indeed. So I will go and attach a 1x1 piece to his feet. Edited March 7, 2009 by L-space Quote
General Posted May 26, 2009 Posted May 26, 2009 (edited) While surfing the web I found another Discworld and Lego fan. He created such minifigs, as: Dibbler, Twoflower. Silver Horde etc: http://www.flickr.com/photos/captainsmog/s...ith/3511551542/ Ever since the Medieval Market Village was announced, I thought, "Ankh-Morpork!" Just the same did I!
