Recently, I was going through my Flickr photos and came across my pre-made entry for the Snow Box Derby in December, if I had made it to being a RA teacher in time. It turns out that I hadn't, but it's no big deal. Being a teacher was pushing the staff-and-fellow-only rule, anyways. So, without further ado, here it is: It is intended to be a Star Wars- based sled, since that is my favorite theme, as well as my sig-fig's theme. I had some dark tan pieces laying around, so I figured that I could use them to match my sig-fig's color scheme. The black is supposed to represent a feeling of stealth, and the trans-blue to add some color. I personally think that it came out fine. This is a view of what you wouldn't have seen in the race. The back is my favorite part. The cheese slopes gave an aerodynamic trait to it. Also note that the sled is heavily armed. An extra boost is always helpful... Originally, I was going to include my Ki-Adi Mundi figure as the gunner, but I couldn't find a tan 1x1x2 cylinder. Thanks for looking, and feedback is always appreciated. Quote
