Alice Posted January 31, 2009 Posted January 31, 2009 Okay, let's spill out all we know about Inertiatieri, LeAnn, Pavarti, Richie and Willie Fangolie.LeAnn: Whacky, and a bit spastic at times. Is on poor terms with Inertia. Inertia: Seemed to be at odds with Perry, from what I gather. Pavarti: Seems pretty level-headed to me. Richie: He protects people, so that's something. I'm still not technically certain if he's loyal, but it seems to me like he might be. Willie: He seemed to be reluctant to defend his wife, so it's possible that he was suspicious of even her, so it's possible that he has a useful action that allowed him to get some kind of info on her, and even if not, it shows that he at least seems knowledgeable. Whatever all of you have on these people, it would be nice if we could put our heads together. We have considered Richie as a suspect in the past. Perhaps we should explore this. Pavarti creates chaos and doesn't seem to have a clear understanding of things even when they are blatantly explained. No red flags have gone up with Pavarti and she's stayed under the radar, which makes me wonder about her loyalties. Willie has been a little too quiet for my comfort. I really thought he would be more active in this game.. of life. LeAnn, well, she's insane but I don't think this makes her a rat. I think Inertia is loyal. He has been on my list of people I thought was loyal since day 2, but my instincts have been off before.

You told us this I have a feeling that Richie is a rat.......he seems suspicious, he rarely talks and I have other suspicions against him......don't take my word for it......I could be wrong...... Iris, thanks for getting us out.. About the raid, I am very sure one of us must have tipped to the Federals... We were about to load our last cargo and it was so concidence that we just got ambushed. It seemed the agents are waiting to nab our cargo content... We are separated in the station, except me and Inertiatieri. We are together under their escort. Richie, could you tell us what happened to you in the other room...
ptdapen Posted January 31, 2009 Posted January 31, 2009 Its getting pretty annoying that all of our operations are getting revealed to the Feds by rats, but I suppose it does narrow them down. Plus we do have Slick Wayne, who has an ungodly ability to win any case. Some of you are criticizing me for screwing up two times, at least those are the only two I recall.. I guess that doesn't really help me defend myself. I'll admit that yes, I got the knife and the gun kills screwed up, there's nothing more than just being stupid and not remembering Day 2 correctly. But for the other time when questioning about Stanton, I was wondering if there was anything else than Zabrina's dying wish to kill him, I already saw about that one. In the end I voted for Stanton anyways to get something done. Can't think of anything else to say right now...

I understand you being confused, but goodness man - why on earth has it changed three times? We need to know exactly what you can do at this point, since we know you can do something, so spit it out already! Stop trying that, he's specifically saying you were split up and he asked what you did in the other room. It doesn't get any clearer than that. One of you is lying here, and you're the one who can't seem to even decide what you do at night. There is a logic to it, one rat keeps us busy, the other signals the feds and boom, suddenly it's all gone to hell. Let's find the rat in this operation and then take a closer look at the rest of the possibilities before moving on. Maybe we can finish the job right here, if there are only 2 left. I think it's almost time to start voting. We have as much information as we can hope to get, don't we? Maybe someone would like to say something important before it's too late. I will be making one more pm before I vote, however, just to try to answer a nagging question.

I do not believe you are a blocker or a peeping tom. I do believe you have a night action that you are trying to cover up. You are doing a poor job lad. I think my decision on the voting is pretty well made at this point. I'll hold off on voting until we can conclusively work together. Also, LeAnn, please stop saying that you told us so. You have suggested that almost everyone is a rat except you.

Protecting someone is better than protecting no one, especially when there are a couple of people who are confirmed to be loyal. If you had chosen to protect Zabrina, who was pretty much a confirmed investigator on Night 3, she wouldn't have died.

Privately, I could see someone doing it if they were really needing to clarify something, but in public, and that much, I don't like it ... To provide an example of why this is a bad idea, let's read an alternate version of the arrest: You are brought to the police station and separated from the ladies. Your friends, the Federal Agents, give you some coffee and a doughnut while Wllie and Inertiateri are beaten with rubber hoses in the next room. You'll need to act like you were interrogated as well, or they might catch on, but at the moment, none of the Baritones seem to suspect your double life. Eventually, Slick Wayne arrives. He has paperwork proving you are employees of the theater. The weapons charge against you is dropped but the files on the truck will remain with your friends in federal custody. All too easy.
