Vindice Posted October 20, 2011 Posted October 20, 2011 I posted in the Pirates forum last Friday that it's available in Argos already. Most stores have them too. I've got a question about the LEGO S@H free shipping offer: Let's say I put £50 worth of LEGO in my basket, which is the minimum I need to spend in order to qualify for free shipping. However, if I use 100 VIP points to bring the cost down to £45, does that mean the shipping costs are added back on? Bluebeard, out- Yes I think you would have to put in an extra £5 worth of goods to get the free delivery.

Praiter Yed Posted October 22, 2011 Posted October 22, 2011 Just spotted the Lego Star Wars Character Encyclopaedia in my local Asda for only £5. I would have bought a few if I hadn't been with my daughter - she grasses me up to the missus when I buy Lego . Might try to sneak back on my own tomorrow .
buddy Posted October 22, 2011 Posted October 22, 2011 As I'll be heading to the Lego Store in Cardiff this week I was wondering if anyone here knows if the Lego Stores in the UK do Grab Bags instore, because I've heard of them in US Lego Stores but not of them here in Lego Stores. Also, if anyone has seen or bought them from a Lego Store in the past here in the UK, how much do they cost each and where are they in the store (or if you have to ask at the till for them). Thanks . ~buddy~

I'm a huge fan of grab bags when they appear, but I have no idea when and how often they're sold. I've seen them sold at the Westfield store twice in the last year, and both times they were GBP 5.85 each.

Thanks SilentMode , when you've seen them in the store, where have they been located in the store or did you have to ask for them at the till and do you think if you asked for them at the till would the staff know what you were asking for or not. Thanks again . ~buddy~

RubeusHagrid Posted October 24, 2011 Posted October 24, 2011 I'm heading to Liverpool on Wednesday. Anything special happening I should know about? How's the PAB wall looking currently?
surrideo Posted October 24, 2011 Posted October 24, 2011 Been lurking for a few days. Followed up on the Encyclopedia price at Asda. Majorly grim though, the store had ten copies of the book and only three had the Han Solo minifigure, the rest I presume stolen......

martyboy70 Posted October 26, 2011 Posted October 26, 2011 Thanks for the tip! No probs as I say your alarm clock is your friend as the last 2 years everything decent was gone in the first couple of hours. Find out when your local store opens and be there 10 mins before that to snag some goodies.

SilentMode Posted October 26, 2011 Posted October 26, 2011 As a heads up of my own: from the 1st to the 24th November a £50 spend at a Lego store gets you one of those small PAB boxes, and from the 25th to the 28th you'll get the second Christmas vignette.
Roger Rabbit Posted October 26, 2011 Posted October 26, 2011 As a heads up of my own: from the 1st to the 24th November a £50 spend at a Lego store gets you one of those small PAB boxes, and from the 25th to the 28th you'll get the second Christmas vignette. Offer is not valid on sale items, previous purchases or gift cards. While supplies last only. Please visit stores.LEGO.com for full details.
