Rebels are heading for the capital with their weapons (he's holding an rpg). This particular person is delighted (supposed to be odd, theres going to be killings, and he's excited and happy) and is about to apply a war mask to his face. Just before that, he asks his friend (the title of the topic). Better? Quote
