I look up stores every time I go on a trip to see if there is a LEGO store anywhere nearby. If you are looking for LEGO exclusives then you should look up the LEGO stores, it isn't too hard to find on their website.
badboytje88 Posted January 15, 2009 Posted January 15, 2009 The last time I was in Maastricht there was no Lego shop.This is about 4 months ago. So I guess there is no Lego shop in Maastricht. The Intertoys in the mall has a nice collection of lego sets. But no exclusives.

There certainly wasn't one in the city centre when I was there last about a year ago, I've never seen one mentioned on lowlug and I'm pretty sure my sister -who lives there- would have told me about it if one had been opened. As badboytje88 mentiones, Intertoys is probably the best you're going to find and that's just a toystore that normally doesn't have exclusives. The closest LEGO brand store to Maastricht will be about 100 km away in Cologne (Germany). Cheers, Ralph
Wout Posted January 17, 2009 Posted January 17, 2009 There are no legoshops in the Netherlands. There are just normal toyshops in Maastricht with normally no exclusives. The only thing I can advise you is a Top 1 Toys shop in Vaals, around 20 Km to the east and almost to Aken/Aachen. Because it has almost all normal sets with very low prizes. For Example: A Star wars Battle pack would cost last year at a Intertoys or Bart Smit shop 15 or 16 euro, But I was there on holiday and the sold the same battlepacks for just 10 euro. (This is not in all Top 1 toys shops) I was also in a german toystore in Aachen called "Teddy and Co"and it had a little pick-a -brick wall with little yellow plastic bags which you could fill and take it away for around 5 euro. It were not very special bricks but it was nice.

phoinix Posted January 17, 2009 Author Posted January 17, 2009 thank you all for your replies unfortunatly there are stores only in 3 countries and the lego shop @ home dosent provide for Greece. i was hoping to get an exclusive set from this trip but it seems that there is no way.. maybe i should start searching in ebay.

(For example in Aachen, 35 km from Maastricht) In these warehouses they'll problably have more Lego compared to the Toystores in the Netherlands. And most of the time there are some pretty good deals.
