Dadster Posted January 9, 2009 Posted January 9, 2009 LOL! Stephen Colbert made a quick comment about the resemblance last night as well... Quote
Joebot Posted January 9, 2009 Posted January 9, 2009 It's not just the hair either. They both have the same blank, empty stare, the same forced smile ... the resemblance is uncanny. Cripes, what a horrible time to live in Illinois. We've become a laughingstock ... Quote
mania3 Posted January 10, 2009 Posted January 10, 2009 I was actually looking for that hairpiece on Bricklink and he popped up as one of the sets it was included in. Quote
the enigma that is badger Posted January 10, 2009 Posted January 10, 2009 As much as Blagojevich earns my ire as someone who has clearly abused their office in attempt to benefit financially and mismanaged Illinois state government for years, the primary target of my political wrath in IL continues to be Todd Stroger, the personification of nepotism and he who I can thank for me needing to pay 10.25% sales tax on every LEGO set I buy at the Michigan Ave store and yet we still don't have a balanced city budget for all the bloat and graft packed into it. I'd say something about Prince Daley, but I don't want my apartment turned into the next Meigs Field! badger Quote
Cyclone Titan Posted January 10, 2009 Posted January 10, 2009 Wow! I never thought our own corrupt governor would look like a Lego fig, but yes. Maybe they were produced in the same factory? It's not just the hair either. They both have the same blank, empty stare, the same forced smile ... the resemblance is uncanny. Cripes, what a horrible time to live in Illinois. We've become a laughingstock ... Indeed. Since Obama, nothing good has happened to us. I just hope that changes. Quote
isaacbrockthebuilder Posted January 10, 2009 Posted January 10, 2009 John Stewart made a similar statement About my Country's prime minister. He can do a speech in a hail storm and it won't mess up. Quote
