Klaus-Dieter Posted January 3, 2009 Posted January 3, 2009 Hello everybody! Here's my next - ans supposably for the next time penultimate LDD MOC I'll show you until February: TV Dolly In Action Pieces: 195 Price: 28,57 Euros And action! The dolly rolls on its tracks next to the scenery for the new cinema movie. Help the cameraman with filming the sequence and the sound engineer with receiving the sounds! This set comes with a dolly on tracks, a house front, two floodlights, technical equipment, a woman, a little boy, cameraman, camera assistant and female sound engineer. Comments are welcome! DJ Force Posted January 4, 2009 Posted January 4, 2009 Hey, that looks nice! Good camera design. The dolly seems to be a little big. Might be the perspective, though. (btw, the sound technician is called Boom Operator) Is the house facade supposed to be real or a set? If it´s a set, I suggest using some brown and tan pieces in the back to show that the set is made of wood. Quote
Klaus-Dieter Posted January 5, 2009 Author Posted January 5, 2009 Thank you very much for your nice comments, MacK and DJ Force! Good job I really like the dolly and the custom camera . I could easily see Lego producing a set like this sometime in the near future . Are you going to build and expand on this theme such as a car chase scene, or some other generic sets and equipment? Thanks, MacK! Yes, I really would like to see TLG releasing some new TV/Studios sets - but not based on a movie maker set but based on regular City sets! I already designed some TV MOCs with LDD. The idea for a car chase is great! I'll present you my version of it still today and would like to read how you like it. Hey, that looks nice! Good camera design. The dolly seems to be a little big. The idea of adding brown bricks to the back to show that this is a set is a great idea! I'll think about that if I deign another TV MOC with LDD which could include a et. Klaus-Dieter Quote

Klaus-Dieter Posted January 6, 2009 Author Posted January 6, 2009 Your moc is great and it is realistic with multicolor light. Thank you very much for your nice comment, momo59 fan of lego city! I thought that it would be more interesting to add some multicolor lights than only of one color. Klaus-Dieter Quote
