Flatfoot Thompsen Posted December 28, 2008 Posted December 28, 2008 (edited) Okay, so this is a true and amazing tale about how I refound my favorite TV show. It all started 2 years ago..... So, at the time, my favorite TV show was an anime show called "Case Closed." I loved the show! Unfortunatly, it was canceled. Now, we fast forward to 2 months ago... I had totally forgotten about the whole show. I was on Brickshelf. I was bored so I clicked on the Random Folders link. I came across this folder: Detective Conan folder. I didn't remeber at that time that that was the main character of my old favorite show. I thought, "Man, that sure sounds familair." So, I went to Wikipedia and searched "Detective Conan." As soon as I read the first part of the artical, it hit me! This was my old favorite show! I went to YouTube and was able to watch 20 episodes. I now own a Double Feature dvd and seasons 1 - 3 on dvd box sets. And it's all because I clicked on the Random Folder button on Brickshelf. Imagine if I hadn't! That was the 100% true story on how I refound my favorite show. Edited December 28, 2008 by Flatfoot Thompsen Quote

5150 Lego Posted December 29, 2008 Posted December 29, 2008 (edited) Ok, so my first response was very rude. I apoligize. Your story actually fits in with a song i finnally found after a year of searching. Years ago i heard a song on the radio. It was a "techno" or electronic music beat. Since i had no clue what the name was and didn't feel like going thorugh every electronic beat out there, i gave up my search. A few days ago i went on itunes and was looking for a remixed beat of "Super Mario Brothers". I found one that i liked, and found it was on an Album that had nothing but remixed TV show and movie themes. I listen to a couple and download the whole CD. I started listening to the rest of the Album, and low anf behold gues what was on it?? That same beat/song i had been searching for for all those years! Turns out it was the theme song for the britsh TV show "Doctor Who"! I've since found a few more versions on line. It was also on featured on the Blue Harvest star wars episode of Family Guy. It was in the part wear they were in light speed and they showed a picture of who i think was a memeber of the band "The doors". Edited December 29, 2008 by 5150 Lego Quote
