NewRight Posted December 23, 2008 Posted December 23, 2008 Now With Bley! Although the last BatPod didn't seem to get any complaints I just didn't seem satisfied and now with the release of the new film I thought this would be a great moment to release the newest edition. I feel that I have made it more authentic to the actual BatPod and this had made myself quite content. If you notice the back of the BatPod is still the same as the original. The only flaw I seemed to have was how the handle bars attached. I spent a decent amount of the time after the main body was finished trying to attach them and was what settled for was this. Looking much better on black (MOCPages). Thanks, NewRight Quote
aayla-secura Posted January 5, 2009 Posted January 5, 2009 Looks pretty awesome- Pic with Batman on it , PLEASE? Quote
Ashoka Posted January 7, 2009 Posted January 7, 2009 Wow! That is so cool! Awesome Moc, as aayla-secura said, can you post a pic with Batman on it, also what piece do you use in the center, to allow it to bend? Ashoka Quote
NewRight Posted January 8, 2009 Author Posted January 8, 2009 I'm glad you all enjoyed it. The pivot is on a 2x3 plate and 1x1 modified plate. The 1x1 on the bottom can rotate. Many other hinges were used in other miscellaneous spots. The back is also take from my old BatPod. Quote
CommTech Posted January 10, 2009 Posted January 10, 2009 We still need a picture with Batman on it. Quote
General Armendariz Posted January 12, 2009 Posted January 12, 2009 WOW! Thats Greatly detailed! I would love to see it with batman on it! Quote
NewRight Posted January 30, 2009 Author Posted January 30, 2009 Sorry no photos with Batman, but you can view the older model and the newer now on... Youtube! Along with other films of LEGO creations. Quote
Rayman Posted January 30, 2009 Posted January 30, 2009 The redux is head and shoulders above the old version in terms of sleekness. Can a minifigure attach itself to it? Quote
Zepher Posted January 30, 2009 Posted January 30, 2009 Incredibly cool. looks sleek, looks simply, looks functional! Nice! Quote
Algernon Posted January 30, 2009 Posted January 30, 2009 That's a great model, but those handlebar parts have become so ingrained in my brain as arms that I can't seem to look at them as handlebars. Quote
