Question for Head Hunters

On Bricktestament I found the head in front (glasses, grey moustache) which I didn't know before. A search on Peeron for "moustache", "beard" and "glasses" rendered no positive results on where to get this seemingly elusive head.

Can anyone here identify the origin of this piece (preferably with set-no. and year of release)?

I concluded it had to be a pretty new head since it already has the white highlights in the eyes, but as mentioned above, I never saw it anywhere, yet.
