legokuate Posted December 17, 2008 Posted December 17, 2008 My vote goes to The Scarecrow. Just look at that ugly face. It's great!!! Quote
alex12 Posted December 17, 2008 Posted December 17, 2008 I have a huge soft spot for Poison Ivy. She rocks. Gotta love someone who grows killer plants. Quote
WhiteFang Posted December 18, 2008 Author Posted December 18, 2008 I do have a hard time choosing my vote. First of all, the 11 villians are unique and absolutely accurate to its orignal design. Unfortunately, I do not own all 11 of them, except Catwoman, Harley Quinn and the Joker whom are still in deep slumber in their respective chamber. My main favourite are the above 3, plus Two Face, Penguin and Poison Ivy. However, it's no longer possible to collect all of them anymore as stores no longer carry any of the older sets. By taking careful consideration and comparing the rest, I have decided to vote for Catwoman. She is a very charming and cunning Classic Batman villian of all time. Friend or Foe, hard to tell from the nature of her character. I love the design of the minifig, with the cat mask and suit. The next closest villian is Two Face due to his appearence in the recent Batman: Dark Knight movie. Quote
JimBee Posted December 19, 2008 Posted December 19, 2008 I'm ashamed to say that I didn't vote for Harley Quinn, although she would be my second pick. My first would be Scarecrow, since he is my favorite Bat villain in general, and the minifig really captures that scariness of the character. My third choice would have to be Two-Face, since TLG did a very nice job creating their own unique version of the character in fig form. All of the Bat villains are good, really, and I hope to get at least one Batman set before the theme expires. Quote
user Posted December 20, 2008 Posted December 20, 2008 I voted for Harleen just because she is so much like how she is in the comics! I don't know if she would count as a villian because in the comics she turned good! But killer croc has usefull peices but killer is supposed to be a giant towering bloodthirsty monster but he was just a normal minifig! Quote
Batbrick Posted December 20, 2008 Posted December 20, 2008 I voted for Harleen just because she is so much like how she is in the comics! I don't know if she would count as a villian because in the comics she turned good! But killer croc has usefull peices but killer is supposed to be a giant towering bloodthirsty monster but he was just a normal minifig! Incorrect. Harley has only just recently turned good and will most likely turn back and Killer Croc has NEVER been a giant towering bloodthirsty monster (excluding Hush), he is a muscular man with Epidermolytic Hyperkerotosis, a skin disease. Mind you in the upcoming Arkham Asylum game he is depicted as a giant monster. Batbrick Away! Quote
samthelegoman1 Posted December 20, 2008 Posted December 20, 2008 The Penguin, of course. All great villians have monocles! Quote
Legoman31 Posted December 21, 2008 Posted December 21, 2008 I just had to do Two-Face. He is just to awesome! Quote
Nirdian Posted December 23, 2008 Posted December 23, 2008 My vote went to Killer Croc. Why? Because humanoid, reptilian things are always awesome! That's why! Quote
1980-Something-Space-Guy Posted September 16, 2011 Posted September 16, 2011 Sorry to resurrect an old thread, but I find this interesting enough to do it. My vote goes of course to the Joker, since he's Batman's complete antithesis. Batman is serious, the Joker is not. Batman enforces law, and the Joker enforces chaos. How ever, both are arguably psichopaths, and they have very interesting similarities. I didn't take the Joker too seriously when I was younger, but after reading some comics and watching the 2008 Batman movie, I was convinced that the Joker is much more of a serious character than I had thought. It's a pity that the Joker is completely out of the picture from these movies now. Quote
ElisHelrot Posted September 16, 2011 Posted September 16, 2011 I vote for Poison Ivy, love her <3 But I like some others like Harley Quinn and The Penguin too Quote
LandShark Posted September 16, 2011 Posted September 16, 2011 We do have a thread for discussing Batman (including villians) HERE, that might be a more appropriate place for this. Quote
