Captain Zuloo Posted November 16, 2008 Posted November 16, 2008 (edited) Hey, I was away from my LEGO the other day, however I did have my laptop. So this is what I came up with. Here is the link to LEGO factory where you can purchase this model. If anyone does buy this, please let me know and take some pictures of the real thing. Cheers, Captain Zuloo Edited November 16, 2008 by Captain Zuloo Quote

Captain Zuloo Posted November 16, 2008 Author Posted November 16, 2008 If you mean how much does it cost, it is $145.30 AUD. Quote
rriggs Posted November 16, 2008 Posted November 16, 2008 (edited) That is a great looking model. However, it doesn't look particularly like a B737: - The front of the fuselage is too long from the wings forward (or the wings are too far back!). Even compared to the 737-800 which is the long version, the wings should by more in the centre of the fuselage. - The cockpit glass is also too angled - the B737 has quite a pointy nose but the cockpit glass is quite upright. - The wings and the winglets look really good and the proportions are nice but the end of the fuselage aft of the tail is too long. The B737 is quite stumpy at the rear. - Also at the rear, the B737 has a distinctive swoop that bends the tail into the top of the fuselage but yours does not. - The side windows do not come near enough to the front and are too low in the fuselage. I think that it is a great looking aircraft but looks more like a cross between a B727 and an Airbus A320 than a B737. I have moved the wings and the windows and it now looks like this. Looks like a wide bodied jet something like a B777 now: Cheers Rog Edited November 16, 2008 by rriggs Quote
Adam Posted November 16, 2008 Posted November 16, 2008 As Borat would say, very nice!!! I love your work on the engines- your patience with LDD must far surpass mine. Quote

Um - yeah... Isn't that what I called it in the first place? BTW, your image didn't work even by copying and pasting the image url. And thanks for you comments everyone. Quote
