alexrider7 Posted November 15, 2008 Posted November 15, 2008 (edited) Ok. The second in my review series. lets do this mosaic. It is odd and rare, and was given to me a couple years ago by a freind. He knew i was obssessive with Johnny Thunder at the time. The reason I say its odd and rare because a) I have never seen any pics of it on eurobricks b) I searched on brickshelf and it gave me random, obscure pics of Lego Ziggy Marleys. and c) well, thats it. I had to take it down from my wall to review it. Here we go! INSTRUCTIONS: So, in stead of an instruction manual, we get some cooky thing. It freaks me out. It freaked me out when I first got it also. I zeroxed it like ten times so i wouldn't lose it. Anyways, the cooky thing is a bunch of numbers. I had my nephew build it with me, hes like, fifteen. I hope he grows up to like legos like I do. So anyways, the numbers are one through five. There is a little key at the bottom that says one=black two=grey three=white four=light grey five=dark grey It is hard to distinguish between regular grey and light grey though. I messed up three or four times. So anyways, they also had a translator at the bottom so we had some fun and called them by their german names. Here it is. If you look closely, you will see the outline of Johnny Thunder. Really cool now, Box: dissapointing. Just, dissapointing. No picture of Johnny Thunder on the box, thats insane! Its just a cluster of random *black and white bricks flying around. Really, no joke. Here it is, with Banana Pike to scale. *(ADD SOME COLER LEGO! GEEZ!!!) Build The build. It is, well easy. Other than the fact that you can't tell between light grey and just plain grey. Anyways, here are the pictures of the finished product. 1) With Banana Pike 2) Full, with no Banana Pike It came with A LOT of extra peices. Almost enough to make another small mosaic. Now, the review Display: 10/10 Awesome, sturdy, to the point. Build: 9/10 A bit confusing, but thats ok. Return next time for: Return of the Lego Street alexrider7 Edited November 15, 2008 by alexrider7 Quote
