blueandwhite Posted October 31, 2008 Posted October 31, 2008 As the title suggests; what do you do to celebrate Halloween. Do you dress up, or possibly carve a pumpkin or two? For me Halloween is all about turning a large orange fruit into a jack-o-lantern. So without taking up too much space; what is your thing for Halloween? Happy Pumpkin Day Eurobrickers! Share your Halloween thing! Quote
Batbrick Posted October 31, 2008 Posted October 31, 2008 Sadly nothing for me, we don't really celebrate Halloween in Australia much. I do like to celebrate it on-board though, I'm planning on posting a late Halloween creation sometime. Batbrick Away! Quote
iamded Posted October 31, 2008 Posted October 31, 2008 My God, those pumpkins are amazing! Wow! Love the Joker one, and the Spidey one. Amazing! To answer your question, my celebration involves sticking up a sign saying 'We have no candy. Go away please.' Yeah, my family's not a big fan of Halloween. ~Peace Quote
Scouty Posted October 31, 2008 Posted October 31, 2008 Well, I personally like it. I like to decorate the house with a couple of decorations. Having just moved, this is my first year with a new house to decorate . I took some pictures, I'll try to get some up Quote
WhiteFang Posted October 31, 2008 Posted October 31, 2008 In Singapore, we don't have many houses decorate with Halloween decorations or know its significance. For most young adults or teenagers, they are likely to join in for some Halloween parties in some disco joint or pubs, just to have fun by dressing up. I had never seen people doing trick or treat in here. Quote
Guss Posted October 31, 2008 Posted October 31, 2008 I never celebrated Halloween too, in France people now celebrate it, but it's recent, I personally never celebrated it. Quote
Raven Brickroft Posted October 31, 2008 Posted October 31, 2008 Here in the Philippines, some areas do the American way of Halloween, trick or treating, dressing up. But, Halloween parties are always in abundance. Costume parties and such. Quote
Lord Of Pies Posted October 31, 2008 Posted October 31, 2008 I might change my avatar to something spooky, but aside from that nothing. Halloween isn't celebrated a great deal here in the UK, its just another way for big shops to sell you more rubbish. (spooky rubbish of course) :skull: Quote
