Klaus-Dieter Posted October 25, 2008 Posted October 25, 2008 (edited) Hello everybody! Some time ago I pledged that I'll show you from time to time all my MOCs I designed in the last years. So after the Competition House I show you now followinig MOC I designed together with my brother about six til seven years ago: House With Kiosk Somewhere in a silent housing area there stands a nice apartment house. A nice garden with a terrace and a parking space belongs to it, too: Downstairs you can find a big floor, a toilet, the kiosk, kitchen, little office, storage room and living room: Upstairs theres is a roof terrace, bath room, sleeping room and guest room with bath room: Comments are welcome! Guss Posted October 25, 2008 Posted October 25, 2008 hey that's a coloured house^^ I wonder where does the stairs goes on the 2nd floor ? I can see the stairs on the 1st one, but I can't see the stairs end on the second one Oo Quote
legotrainfan Posted October 25, 2008 Posted October 25, 2008 Quite nice interior of the house! I'd normally use smaller bricks for the walls though. I'd use 1x? bricks for them and not 2x? bricks. Of course, sometimes 2x? bricks are better because the whole construction is much more stable with them. By the way, my creations always end up so colourful as well, because I don't have so many bricks. Quote
Asuka Posted October 25, 2008 Posted October 25, 2008 A nice and sunny house indeed, the colorful design looks pretty suitable and the interior looks fine and interesting. Californication, um, on! Quote
Klaus-Dieter Posted October 29, 2008 Author Posted October 29, 2008 Thank you very much for your nice comments, Guss, legotrainfan and Asuka! Quite nice interior of the house! Of course, sometimes 2x? bricks are better because the whole construction is much more stable with them. Yes, that's the same case when I'm building a house with Lego: The bricks are alway not enough to design one house in one colour - it's always getting minimum two colors. Klaus-Dieter Quote
