How long does it take for a BS folder to become public?

I uploaded some pics to BS and they are to big to deeplink. Can someone please tell me how long a folder takes to become public?

Sometimes only an hour or so, but I've experienced that it even took a week or two.

Well, they actually don't get any smaller after the folder is moderated  

By the way, you can use deeplinked thumbnails as well.
