Pickerel Posted October 22, 2008 Posted October 22, 2008 Now that was rude. You have no buisness with the fact that my parents died at an early age, and I won't go into the details because no doubt it would bore someone as inconsiderate as you. I won't explain about my life and how I've written documents based off my studies to maintain my meager fortune. Now, as Charles has said, let's quit the insulting! We want to find a witch here, not bicker amoungst ourselves. Charles, I agree that Serigo is highly suspicous- with the current events, it seems that he has gone unnoticed to everyone but you. Bravo- you may be on to something with this. Serigo- where were you last night? I'm sorry to hear about your parents. From Wiktionary: Meager: Deficient or inferior in amount, quality or extent; paltry; scanty; inadequate; unsatisfying. and Fortune: Lots of riches. You have a small quantity of lots of riches! This post wasn't meant to be insulting by the way, to you or your parents. Like you said, quit the insulting! As for Sergio's whereabouts, he's going to say sleeping even if he was doing witchcraft in some alley! I've been suspecting lego12/Sergio for the last two days. He's in my analysis of the evidence in my first post in this thread...or er...day.Sergio went with Miguel and Alexander to the church yesterday during lunch. They all seemed to vote together quickly-against me-with no evidence. They seemed desperate to get rid of someone before the day was up. Miguel was one of the late-comers to the town square this morning. Perhaps they are keeping bad company. I also thought it could be Sergio protecting Alexander, and am leaning towards the possibility of Alexander being a witch or heretic. Since the bodyguard's identity is being protected he could work for either the good or the evil side. I still believe the attacker was on the side of the innocents because of his...or her...weapon of choice. So Sergio, due to my analysis of the last two days events coupled with his desperate erratic actions, could be a good candidate for condemnation...especially if he continues to disrespect my wife... Like Philip said, I believe you're onto something! Ready-to-get-rid-of-witches Martinus
Lego12 Posted October 22, 2008 Posted October 22, 2008 *Sighs* He's not on to anything, I'm just a soldier, nothing else...I am sorry about disrespecting your wife, I wasn't trying to disrespect her. I just went to the church yesterday, big deal. But your just making assumptions, which are very good assumptions although the part about me being a witch and planning something isn't true. Everyone else with me in the church were just praying, like anyone who went to a church would. Martinus! How dare you insult me that way! Doing Witchcraft, thats absurd! I'll never visit your bakery again! Philip...I was at my house sleeping! What most of the people, were doing...unlike Alexander....everyone thinks that I was doing suspicious, but I was at my house resting. My name is SERGIO, NOT Serigo! I'm also ready to get rid of some witches! Sergio
Pickerel Posted October 22, 2008 Posted October 22, 2008 Martinus! How dare you insult me that way! Doing Witchcraft, thats absurd! I'll never visit your bakery again! *Gasp* Not... another... no!... they're all leaving me... all... gone... *hyperventilates and passes out* What I said was As for Sergio's whereabouts, he's going to say sleeping even if he was doing witchcraft in some alley! I never actually said that you were doing witchcraft, just that Charles was thinking logical and looked to be on to something and that if you were doing witchcraft you'd say you were in bed not that you were. Basically I said Philip's question was pointless and that Charles appears to be on to something, making you on my already long suspect list. (actually you were already on it for being a soldier) Hope we can still be friends. Don't worry, God shall get rid of the witches, and if the people are smart enough, then we will have very few innocents voted off! Martinus P.S. Now: who to vote for. I'm defiantly voting today, we can't risk the innocent being murdered! Lunchtime clues, hopefully!
Darth_Legois Posted October 22, 2008 Posted October 22, 2008 Like Philip said, I believe you're onto something! Ready-to-get-rid-of-witches Martinus Updating Posible Witch list. Charles Sergio [Has some holy water comin for him from The Inquistador if hes a witch ] Miguel [OCC: I warned you before game not to do this Lego12 but you did.. ]
Hinckley Posted October 22, 2008 Posted October 22, 2008 Updating Posible Witch list.Charles Sergio[Has some holy water comin for him from The Inquistador if hes a witch ] Miguel [OCC: I warned you before game not to do this Lego12 but you did.. ] You keep leaving Martinus/Pickerel and Alexander off the list who are also people who many of us are considering suspicious. Also, Sabrina, Cassandra and John potentially purchased an axe, parchment, apples, rugs and a broomstick-all items a witch can use to cause mischief. (Who can forget the infamous poisoning of Snow White by an apple? ) So, a more accurate list of suspects would look like this: Me-Charles/Hinckley Sergio/lego12 Alexander/ImperialShadows Martinus/Pickerel Miguel/Quarryman Sabrina/alexrider7 Cassandra/Bob the Construction Man you, yourself-John/Darth Legois

You pretty much accuse everyone of being a witch, I wish we had voted you off in the first day When we started voting you were all "Please im innocent i wont call everyone witches anymore " BULL-CRAP! Yes I can see how Iam considered a suspect due to the mustafa shopping thing [i just bought some rugs and some food! Sheesh!] but I fail to see why Alexander is there, Hes never done anything wrong. I wouldnt be suprised if it was you who tried to kill Alexander, Witch or not. "Many of us think Alexander is suspicous" Your pretty much on your own there. Your list is pretty ok I guess but its got holes...some pretty big ones.. BTW: I was just thinking out loud with who I think is suspicous ect.. with my list.
Hinckley Posted October 22, 2008 Posted October 22, 2008 I did apologize for accusing everyone at first, but the clues started to fall together pretty quickly thereafter. There is a faction of people I'm starting to trust and people, like you, who I grow more and more suspicious of. I can see why people have their doubts about me, but when people lash out when accused, it reminds me of the Shakespeare quote "The lady doth protest too much..." Translation: I grow more suspicious of you as well, John. What are you doing with the rugs? And what do you plan to do with the apples?
Shadows Posted October 22, 2008 Posted October 22, 2008 Many do not consider me suspicious, for they know a servant of the Lord. I am sad to see that you are lost, Charles. I had a long response planned, but it isn't necessary. Bottom line, Charles is a deceitful individual who uses veiled innuendo and sly remarks to try to mislead people into going against whomever he chooses, especially the Church. He is a heretic, whether a witch or not. It is a waste of my time to continue to converse with him, he is a lost cause. "He that worketh deceit shall not dwell within my house: he that telleth lies shall not tarry in my sight." I look forward to a day when the good men and women of this town are ready to deal with this problem directly. Until then, I shall pray.

Until then, I shall pray. If this is what we'd been hearing from you from the beginning, I probably wouldn't have had suspicions in the first place. But now that I've revealed what made me suspicious of you, John and Sergio, it seems you are all back-tracking on those very traits...even more interesting.

Your sortof have a point but most/some of your stuff is abit "far-fetched" Also when did I say I bought apples? I bought some pies and bread at the bakery and the rugs are for my house....
Dragonator Posted October 22, 2008 Posted October 22, 2008 Well, I have been listening very closely to what has been said, and I must say there is a severe conflict of opinion and interpretation of information. I agree that somebody must be voted off today, and from looking at how people have been reacting to certain accusations, I feel that I have come to a decision. I am not, of course, one hundred percent certain, as there are a number of people who have aroused my suspicions today, however I think that somebody must go, and I think I am close to the truth. Before I reveal my decision, it would be nice to have a current vote tally. I'd also like to hear a bit more from a few people, so please, continue your talk, I am learning a lot from what you all have to say...
Shadows Posted October 22, 2008 Posted October 22, 2008 If this is what we'd been hearing from you from the beginning, I probably wouldn't have had suspicions in the first place. To be perfectly honest, I still have no idea why you were suspicious, you declared those suspicions very quickly, just as you threw them at our Inquisitor upon his arrival. I have yet to see any justification for either, any more than for your doubts about your wife. To the best of my knowledge, she is a loyal and God fearing woman, Mary merry and kind. Were she to work on her slightly privileged attitude and come to accept that we are all God's children, I think she could be the kind of woman that men dream of. You are very lucky, I hope you realise that and head straight home to show her your appreciation. But now that I've revealed what made me suspicious of you, John and Sergio, it seems you are all back-tracking on those very traits...even more interesting. I have the exact same view I've had since you first began making wild accusations of the Church, I suspect you strongly. Very strongly. The problem is, I've been watching you so closely that I haven't even noticed Sergio. John, Cassandra and Sabrina have been on my prayer list since they were possibly involved in the purchase of suspect items. I hope they haven't already gone astray. I wish it was possible to know how many once good souls have gone astray.
Bob Posted October 22, 2008 Posted October 22, 2008 And what do you plan to do with the apples? Why, I already told everyone. I made a pie. Theres still some left over, If you want any. My vote still stands, as I am certain that he is a witch.

I wish it was possible to know how many once good souls have gone astray. Im innocent and will do anything to prove my innocence! We still need to vote someone off today! We cant risk a death tonight. Like ive said before I said I only bought Some Pies, Bread & some rugs.
Lego12 Posted October 22, 2008 Posted October 22, 2008 *Gasp* Not... another... no!... they're all leaving me... all... gone... *hyperventilates and passes out*What I said was As for Sergio's whereabouts, he's going to say sleeping even if he was doing witchcraft in some alley! How hard is it to tell someone your a noble soldier! I'm protecting this town from the witches and you guys,(Martinus and Charles) are accusing me of witchcraft and I didin't even do anything to become suspicious! You are just wasting your time doing nothing! I'm a noble soldier, nothing else! If you put me on your suspect list, or if you already have me on your suspect list, take me out of it! I went to the church to pray. Apparently others followed behind me. Big deal, I prayed, said bye, and left.
kill will Posted October 22, 2008 Posted October 22, 2008 I think that Alexander is a phony! It was a good citizen what tried to kill 'im, knowing he was a heretic disguising himself as a priest of all people. My vote is for Alexander/Imperial shadows! :skull:
Zepher Posted October 22, 2008 Posted October 22, 2008 OOC: First off, to all the townsfolk who gave me please don't call me that, I posted this right after my first "you animals" post I'd like to say sorry to all citizens, my character's supposed to be really stuck-up, unless it's the Priest (I'm very Religous) or one of the nobles. Hope you're just playing it up, like I am! BIC: Joan: It seems that I've been wrong. The father has spoken, and I relieze that, although there are lesser and great children of god, we are all still children of god. Thank for opening my eyes father. Charles, I have to say, I'm very disappointed in you! You should not anger the priest, he is our only connection to god in this witch and animal *cough* excuse me, witch and peasent... I'm sorry, let me try again, this witch and um, hildren of God infested town? That doesn't sound right. But regardless, there's no doubt in my mid that the Father is a good man. Would a witch rally be able to enter a church? Charles, on the other hand, why are you so quickly attempting to anger the Father? Are you trying to make it so that it seems natural that you stay outside the church? Is it becuase you are a witch? Please, who ever investigated today, investigate my huband tonight. I'm almost sure he has nothing to hide, but it could be interesting to know. Oh, and Charles, listen to the Father. Start to respect me now! How dare you acuse me! I can think of one person who will get the cold shoulder tonight. OOCC (Out of Charater Crap): It's nice to be back and as a woman again!
Hinckley Posted October 22, 2008 Posted October 22, 2008 To be perfectly honest, I still have no idea why you were suspicious, you declared those suspicions very quickly, just as you threw them at our Inquisitor upon his arrival. True. My apologies, Father. My original suspicion was that the people we assumed to be most innocent would be a bad place to let our guard down. It was only a random musing. The Inquisitor's response to that raised no further suspicions and his stepping in to help save me from being condemned made me feel even better about him. The reactions I got from you, dear Alexander, only raised my suspicions further. Especially since you and a group of other suspicious townsfolk voted very quickly against me when evidence was pointing to other people. We can't be too careful. This isn't anything personal. I'm just trying to think. We will all be accused at some point, I imagine. I admit to being scared and my first reaction was to accuse every person I saw. That was wrong and I have apologized for it. Yes, yes. This I should have clarified long ago: the idea that I doubted my wife was more of a joke. I was trying to make light of the situation wherein I had accused everyone. "I'm so crazy, I even suspected my wife." My wife is pure and virtuous. I have no doubts about the extremely tall love of my life. Sorry to have distracted you from the real culprits. I indeed am an innocent man, so your time is best spent investigating others... Charles, I have to say, I'm very disappointed in you!...blah blah blah nag nag nag witch witch witch blah blah blah...dare you acuse me! I can think of one person who will get the cold shoulder tonight. Yes dear.
Trexxen Posted October 22, 2008 Posted October 22, 2008 Sounds like Charles is sleeping in the stables tonight... Alexander, let me start by saying that I do not suspect you any more than I suspect most - I suspect nearly everyone at this point because we do not know who is a witch, how many people are witches, and why a witch would even come to our quaint little town, let alone many - but one thing you are doing, and have done repeatedly, is asserting a major suspicion towards Charles. So let me ask you, kind priest - Why, my friend, do you not vote for him? Is it because you don't really believe in your suspicions and want attention? Is it because you see Charles as a friend, or even a partner in crime? (Again - no major suspicions) Or is it because you know he isn't a witch because you are, and you know that casting the first stone would jeopardize your own safety? Let me emphasize that I think you are no more a witch than, say, Isabella - but these actions are confusing me, and - *sigh* - I want an explanation. So, fair priest, perhaps you could indulge me a little? Which is it - why is your tongue sharper than your sword? You are so quick to talk, but you refuse to take action! And Charles, don't think you're off the hook either - right now the person I'm mostly looking at is Sergio - no hard feelings, Sergio; at least I can spell your name - but you're just as suspicious as everyone else. ~Bernard (OOC: Sorry Hinckley, but I have to say it - this is the fourth post in the row where I wrote "Kyle" on accident instead of Bernard...I've also done that with "Trekk" a couple of times. The games are just blending in! XD)
Hinckley Posted October 22, 2008 Posted October 22, 2008 So let me ask you, kind priest - Why, my friend, do you not vote for him? Actually, he did. The current stats are: 4 votes for Martinus/Pickerel 1 vote for me-Charles/Hinckley 1 vote was cast for Alexander but in it's current non-bold form it doesn't count.
Wouwie Posted October 22, 2008 Posted October 22, 2008 Hmpf...I don't like this type of choices...Because maybe my vote makes the difference between life and death...
Trexxen Posted October 22, 2008 Posted October 22, 2008 Actually, he did. The current stats are: 4 votes for Martinus/Pickerel 1 vote for me-Charles/Hinckley 1 vote was cast for Alexander but in it's current non-bold form it doesn't count. ...Yep, figured that. From now on I'm going to just stop talking before lunch. ~Bernard
Hinckley Posted October 22, 2008 Posted October 22, 2008 I don't think we should assume lunch will bring us evidence every day. We have a lot to work with. We should look at what we know.
Trexxen Posted October 22, 2008 Posted October 22, 2008 You're right, my friend, of course - but I mean I'm tired. I got no sleep last night - just look at me! I'm a mess...I really do need to lie down or something. *sigh* Once was a day when someone could take your word for something...now you have to be tortured for it to mean anything... ~Bernard
Zepher Posted October 22, 2008 Posted October 22, 2008 Vote for Martinus/Pickerel. We need a lead, and a death may give it. I'm sorry, but it seems you're the closest to dying, and as far as I can tell, you aren't essential to this town. Good bye.
