It depends how large the file is, as there is a 100kb max upload limit. If your file is a .bmp change it to a much more user-friendly .jpg ;) Jon. Quote
KMOI Posted April 5, 2005 Posted April 5, 2005 Well, I just found this picture on the front of Rebelscum and it lists all of the characters in the ROTS Legos sets! Behold! It's pretty cool! They've even got Commander Cody! It the one with the Sandtrooper look and with two pistols. :-D Major kudos to Rebelscum for this pic Ok, since I can't use image tags for some reason, it's one of the first news items on the Rebelscum site, which is www.rebelscum.com Quote
DoubleT Posted April 5, 2005 Posted April 5, 2005 Thanks, allthough plain Anakin and Obi is missing in the big pictures ;) But something must be wrong lol Quote
xwingyoda Posted April 5, 2005 Posted April 5, 2005 Thanks ;) Also check the online catalogue at US S@H, they have a pic of every ROTS minifig ;) http://shop.lego.com/Default.asp Quote
jonfett Posted April 5, 2005 Posted April 5, 2005 The picture on Rebelscum is a scan of the article that was in the recent S@H catalog. http://www.rebelscum.com/toys2005/LEGOrotsfigures.jpg Jon. Quote
KMOI Posted April 5, 2005 Posted April 5, 2005 Y'know, I was looking for the online Catalogue but I can't find it. It's the same pic, methinks. EDIT: Oh, found it. Apparently, it's not on the Canada side. Bummer. Anyhoo, how were you able to post a picture? When I tried, the board said I can't use tags. Quote
xwingyoda Posted April 5, 2005 Posted April 5, 2005 Thanks Jon for the pic ;) The only thing that bothers me is that Chewbacca's crossbow is grey and not black (I'm a little purist there I know ;) ) Quote

Use the IMG button at the top, but it you are typing it make sure that you use capitals [ IMG]...[ /IMG] (no spaces ;)) Also make sure that you are entering a deep link otherwise it doesn't work. If you want to attach files from your hard drive then use the attach image button at the bottom of the reply screen :) Jon. Quote

snefroe Posted April 5, 2005 Posted April 5, 2005 why doesn't yoda have a light sabre? he is going to fight in epIII, isn't he? Not with that stick i hope... Quote
xwingyoda Posted April 5, 2005 Posted April 5, 2005 At least there's a Yoda :-D ;) (even without saber *wacko* ). EDIT: snefroe1, Yoda is quite ridiculous with a saber, so imagine with a stick :-D (Shaolin Yoda :-D ) Quote
The Middleman Posted April 5, 2005 Posted April 5, 2005 Well, we can always hope for a Yoda vs. Sidious to fix that. Quote
xwingyoda Posted April 5, 2005 Posted April 5, 2005 Yep and after the light up sabers, TLC will offer us the lighting hands :-D Quote

The Middleman Posted April 5, 2005 Posted April 5, 2005 You know, I don't mind gimmicky stuff so long as it's usable elsewhere. Take the larger UFO set, for example. Those fiber optics cables are hot. More stuff like that, that would be fun. But these little things that you can't work with like the LUS... I don't know about them. Quote
languages Posted April 6, 2005 Posted April 6, 2005 Well at last all the Episode 3 sets are out, I suppose you will all have at least 1 of them so tell us all what you think. Quote
languages Posted April 6, 2005 Posted April 6, 2005 Ive changed it to a 9 And why did i say it kicks-meagablocks.... :/ Quote
snefroe Posted April 6, 2005 Posted April 6, 2005 what i also find funny, is the olive drab, the green color in front of the first cockpit. WWII pilots used the green olive drab to prevent the reflection of sunlight on their engines/canopies. that would prevent them from seeing anything in front of them... i have no clue why these Star wars designers came up with that, 'cause that doesn't work in space :P but this was pobably out of TLC's hands... it's also pretty stupid to have a red and white ship, 'cause that's way too easy to detect... Quote
xwingyoda Posted April 6, 2005 Posted April 6, 2005 And what about a yellow JSF???? Really easy to shoot down :-D ;) Quote
snefroe Posted April 6, 2005 Posted April 6, 2005 xwingyoda said: And what about a yellow JSF???? Really easy to shoot down :-D ;) worst of all, is that wookie attack ship, in its flashy orange color... i believe i saw a dark grey one in the star wars trailer... however, you can solve the problem... you can replace the two discs by two grey ones. you'd only have to buy two Death Stars :P Quote
chewie Posted April 6, 2005 Posted April 6, 2005 are you talking about the droid tank in the wookie attack set or the actual wookie ship cause its not flashy orange at all ;) *wacko* Quote
snefroe Posted April 6, 2005 Posted April 6, 2005 i was refering to this: http://www.fbtb.net/toyfair/2005/sw/7258_9_m.jpg so it's trans red? it surely looks like orange on the box... it's simply a bad choice of color... Quote
