JimBee Posted September 19, 2008 Posted September 19, 2008 Hello, does anyone play the James Bond video games? If so, what is your favorite? These are great games, and I think they get a lot less attention then they should. EA Games has made several for N64, Gamecube, and PS2, but now the license for making 007 games has turned over to Activision ( ). I love playing these games, especially the original stories. I've played all of them (except Quantum of Solace, which is to be released in November alongside the movie. The game is actually Casino Royale and QoS together), and my favorite is probably Everything or Nothing because it has the best story, and I like the third person view. Rouge Agent and Nightfire are also very good. So, what is your favorite Bond game? Why? What are your opinions on these games? Do you think Activison will do good with their license? I'd love to hear your opinions! Quote
THE-FORCE Posted September 19, 2008 Posted September 19, 2008 (edited) Nightfire, by far. Otherwise Agent under Fire. But I can't wait to play Quatum of Solace! Nice poll! Greets, The-Force! Edited September 19, 2008 by THE-FORCE Quote
BerndDasBrot Posted September 19, 2008 Posted September 19, 2008 right now i'm playing goldeneye as 00agent. this is much more fun/work/intense as normal. Quote
Batbrick Posted September 19, 2008 Posted September 19, 2008 Goldeneye easy win, its the only Bond game that never, ever, ever gets old. Batbrick Away! Quote
The Rancor Posted September 19, 2008 Posted September 19, 2008 right now i'm playing goldeneye as 00agent. this is much more fun/work/intense as normal. Got to the last level yet? The Omens are no more deadly than the hordes of other weapons the guards carry. (I would suggest a lot of machine traps) I still voted for Nightfire though, because I STILL play multiplayer with one of my friends. The story isn't great, but man, the multiplayer is funny! Quote
JimBee Posted September 19, 2008 Author Posted September 19, 2008 Actually, I think Nightfire's story is pretty good. I like rouge Agent's because of all the spoofiness. Dr. No, Goldfinger, Pussy Galore, Scaramanga, and Oddjob all in one game? I find it weird that "Goldeneye" is person and not the movie's missile. I've only played the original Goldeneye a few times, but it's okay. The graphics hurt my eyes! Quote
AgentRick Posted September 19, 2008 Posted September 19, 2008 Goldeneye. The only one I ever liked and was my second FPS. Also the box art. His hand is part of his face, matching up with his index finger matching up between his mouth. Quote
commanderbly42 Posted September 19, 2008 Posted September 19, 2008 I remember when I used to play Agent under Fire and that's the one I picked. It has nothing to do with the fact that's the only Bond game I've played. Quote
Pencoin Posted September 20, 2008 Posted September 20, 2008 If you dont vote for goldeneye dont vote At all. Quote
Millacol88 Posted September 20, 2008 Posted September 20, 2008 I voted for goldeneye. Over five years after it first came out, my family still played it. Quote
JoeMI6 Posted September 27, 2008 Posted September 27, 2008 Goldeneye - no discussion. I enjoyed Agent Under Fire and Nightfire, as they had coold gadgets and some nice levels for games not based on any of the films. Everything or Nothing was quite an interesting experiment too, but ultimately it was a bit too linear. Quantum of Solace should be good if done right, with the right mix of cinematic moments and good gameplay. Also, it's not Casino Royale as well, it just includes a few missions based on that film as the early ones I believe. Quote
Zorro Posted September 27, 2008 Posted September 27, 2008 Voted didnt play, but we (me and my brow) do own Goldeneye. It looks like the very most of you like that one best, so perhaps i should give it a try... Quote
