"Redwall Abbey"

A Redwall Abbey MOC built in sand red. I've made a number of versions of Redwall over the years, but it's been a dream to use the out-of-production sand red color for the walls. These are some photos of the current iteration as displayed at Albuquerque Brick Convention 2026. The background is made using bricks at a 45 degree angle, which made for some fun cloud shapes.

Good looking diorama. That's a lot of sand red parts. NPU on the walls to create texture. Love the automotive grille over the doorway.

Love Redwall! Also great build.  I really like the bridge and agree with Feuer Zug that you did some great NPU on the wall.

The backdrop being at 45 degrees is a nice touch for the clouds.

Ah sand red, if only they would bring it back! Looks great!

For a moment I wondered, why would you put yourself through that with the sky... then I remembered, if I had thought to do it, for no reason at all, I too would have put myself through it :D

Really beautiful, characters with animal heads always make a certain impression... everything becomes magical!

Yes, all LEGO sand red parts! The masonry bricks are carved into normal LEGO 1x2 bricks using a CNC machine, but started as LEGO bricks :)
