Special delivery for Santa

Hi, I'm a winter village enthusiast, and there's nothing more beautiful than a little train passing between the houses and through the tunnels. I've been waiting so long for the new 10361 Holiday Express Train set, and I've been trying to come up with the perfect GWP for it

I did a little research, and Lego only produced a couple of handcars set 2585 and set 30260 Lone Ranger' s Pump car and not even one with a Christmas /Winter village Theme,

then I looked for something inspired by classic Lemax or Department 56 products, this is my project.
