Lego architecture ideas

Im a big fan of Lego architecture and also a proud Belgian.  While walking around Brussels, I realized that the Brussels Courthouse would make a great, fairly large LEGO Architecture set with around 4,000 pieces or more. First, I wanted to check here to see if anyone knew if this had already been proposed and, more importantly, if it’s a good idea. Also, I’m a very poor builder on Brickling Studio, so if anyone could help me build the model for LEGO ideas or is interested in helping me, I’d be very grateful.
