NoEXIST Posted February 27 Posted February 27 The story of this creation begins quite a long ago. About 2 years ago i started working on a beast of a car using 4 Buggy Motors powered by some RC stuff and 3S LiPo. This turned out well in terms of performance to building style. However I couldn't finish the exterior of the car properly. As time went I changed the approach to the model and went for a full mechanical chassis and more detailed exterior. So there are the results for last 2 years of building. This creation, as a great skyline shouid, has these functions: All Wheel Drive Four Wheel Steering (4WS) Independent suspension Removable HOG Openable doors, hood and trunk Detailed RB26 DETT engine Detailed Interior with working steering wheel And crazy 2519 parts for a 1:12 car! More photos on a bricksafe page Instructions for this car available at rebrickable To mention a history of the model, there is how it looked in the beggining of 2024. This is actualy a good example of MOC being built for so long time TLG is releasing new type of wheel arches I need. Now together with @Grigoriy we can offer you 2 generations of this great car in the same scale Quote
LEGO Train 12 Volts Posted February 27 Posted February 27 Simply fantastic...beautiful lines and incredible speed! The last photo with hoods open is a heart-stopping experience! Quote
2GodBDGlory Posted February 27 Posted February 27 Ooh, very, very nice! I loved seeing the RC version before, with its combination of looks and performance. This more polished model is also very nice, though, and has a pretty significant amount of functions for the scale! Of course, the looks are the highlight, and it really excels there! Cool to see the renders of the newer one with it! Quote
jorgeopesi Posted February 28 Posted February 28 Awesome car and supreme performance for its weight, these nice 1:12 cars make me want to do cars again. Quote

I would like to make another fast model, but I'm really starting to se the true limit (even having bearings and other stuff that helps). Vibrations just start to disassemble the body, even as simple connections as axle connectors are Quote
m00se Posted February 28 Posted February 28 Amazing sculpting; like every piece seems to fit just right. Quote
