Help With Episode 1 Mini figure List

Hello All,

I have been making some lists around unique characters represented by minifigures.  I currently have a good OT list but needed to make sure I was not missing any from the Phantom Menace.  Here is what I currently have for the phantom menace.  I am not counting characters like R2 or Jabba who show up in other movies first (with the exception of Yoda and Obi-wan who have more distinct appearances)

Notable Characters missing - Senator Palpatine, Supreme Chancellor Valorum, Rune Haako, Depa Billaba, Oppo Rancisis, Yaddle, Mas Ameda, Gardula the hut? Shmi Skywalker, Threepio with his parts showing (among others)

Definitely add Boss Nass and Padme in her battle gear (i.e. as she appears in the Battle of Theed) - would love to get those two. Other more minor ones you could add would be Fodesinbeed Addonue (the pod-race commentator), Kitster, or some more Neimoidians. If you take it to be TPM-era, you could throw in Jedi Dooku as he appeared in Tales of the Jedi.
