[Moc] [WiP] New project: PotC Interceptor

I‘d like to build the Interceptor to accompany the new Black Pearl at a fitting scale. My recent ships seem to fit quite well in terms of scale, but I need to modify the design to nail the shape of that ship. I have tried to find some good reference online, ideally ship plans. There are plans out there for the Black Pearl and other PotC ships, but I couldn‘t find any for the Interceptor (or the Lady Washington, the real ship they used in the movie). Do you know some sources where I can find good pictures, like a clean side view, cross sections or rear and front views?

As to the best reference, i think you should look to the version that featured in Lego Pirates of the Caribbean: The Video Game... in terms of scale, it's probably the best one you'll find.
I tried to recreate that model in LDD, but there's not a lot of screen time (i had to go back and forth in YT so many hours), so it lacked most of the details, specially at the bow... When my computer crashed 3 years ago, most of the files were lost and the Lego Interceptor was one of them.

Not specific to the Interceptor, but I find the Anatomy of a Ship series of books are very helpful. Lots of good details to work from, all scaled. They don't do one for the Interceptor/Lady Washington, but the Beagle would probably have a lot of common design.

Keep us updated on your progress, the Interceptor is a wonderful brig.
