1930s brick townhouse and yellow convertible - real world MOC - 40809 + 10200 inspired models

This model is a very heavy modification of 2025 Seasonal set 40809 - Festive Gingerbread House. I removed all the candy decorations, added a second story and played with the color scheme a bit. My brother helped with making sure it worked in real life, as a bunch of parts I used don't exist in LDD - he also alerted me when the design needed tweaking. (Thanks again bro!) As for the car, I digitally way back in 2014 from the red coupe in Factory set number 10200 - Custom Car Garage. I scaled the rear down from 7 wide to 6 wide, redid the undercarriage and removed the fiddley front fenders. More recently, I rediscovered it and changed it a bit further, and have now built it in the real world.

The front of the townhouse, which is built in medium nougat but comes out dark orange in pictures. I tried everything, but I couldn't get better pictures... sorry!

The rear was tricky. I never liked the set's way of doing it, so I used different slopes for this fix.

The top is removable, both doors open, and the car fits one figure.
