Home alone house moc

I was thinking of building a larger home alone house much bigger than the official Lego set. I’ve searched everywhere rebrickable etc and can’t find someone who has built one.. 

didn’t know if anybody has seen one or built one themselves as to know where to start really.

Do you buy multiple of the Lego home alone house set and figure it out yourself ?

I guess it depends why you want a bigger one as that will affect what changes to make. Maybe measure your display area or decide how big you want it, then convert that to studs so you have an idea about what changes you will need to make to get the size you want.
