Jaco Posted October 14 Posted October 14 Is there a way to overrule the collision detector to force a brick in to place? I have this project I have to do in LDD (cannot use LDraw or Stud.io for this one, don't ask me why...) But, I am sure a certain piece should fit, but LDD won't let me because it thinks it does not fit. Tnx Quote
supertruper1988 Posted October 14 Posted October 14 Developer mode can turn off collisions. You will have to google how to access that. I havent used LDD in a number of years. Quote
Jaco Posted October 14 Author Posted October 14 Ok found it! I think…. This: Didn’t look hard enough if there was already a topic. Hope this still works, since the article is from 2017 😬 Quote
anothergol Posted October 15 Posted October 15 I'm sure you'll quickly turn off dev mode though. It comes with annoyances, which I forget each time lol, but each time I switch it on I just switch it off the next week. It's kb-shortcuts related ones I think. Quote
Jaco Posted October 15 Author Posted October 15 I see and understand now what you are saying. I only needed it once for this particular model (and probably once-in-a-lifetime) LDD project I'm doing. Otherwise, I only model in LDCad / LDraw and use Stud.io to render, make instructions or use it to make a good wishlist for Bricklink Quote
