In the Autumn of 355AE, many adventurers headed home. In particular, according to @evancelt, Duncan Brickleton returned home to the family castle. This set in motion a chain of events that rippled out across the following year. In the winter of that year, many nations sent their people overseas to learn the lay of the land.
